Hamilton Claims Management Group
For property & casualty carriers

Your policyholder remembers the first call.

Hamilton Claims Management Group is an independent adjusting firm and third-party administrator working daily and catastrophe property claims across the Gulf Coast and Southeast. We are built around the three numbers that decide whether a policyholder feels looked after, and we report them to you on every file.

Time to contact

Hours from assignment to first reach of the insured

Time to inspection

Hours from assignment to boots on the property

Time to report

Hours from inspection to the completed file in your hands

What you get

Four things, and we will be held to all of them.

Contact inside your SLA, not inside ours

Your contact, inspection and report hours are stored against your program, and every claim we take carries its own three deadlines from the moment it lands. Nothing is measured against a house standard you never agreed to.

One file, one adjuster, one number

Assignments go to a licensed adjuster who is already near the loss and has room on their board — not to whoever answered first. You get their name at assignment, not after the third handoff.

Licensing you do not have to audit

Every adjuster's state licences, expiry dates and continuing education are tracked as a condition of staying deployable. An adjuster whose licence lapses stops receiving work in that state automatically.

The file comes back the way you keep files

XactAnalysis where you use it, structured email where you do not. Photos, estimate, notes and the completed report — assembled, not forwarded.

How an engagement starts

Tell us the shape of the work.

  1. You tell us the states, the lines and the volume. Whether that is a steady daily flow, a desk overflow, or a name on a list for when the next storm has one.
  2. We agree the SLA and the fee schedule in writing. Your contact, inspection and report hours go into the system as your program's standard, and every claim inherits them.
  3. We show you the roster before you commit. Licences, states, catastrophe history and the scorecard for each adjuster we would put on your files.
  4. First assignment. You send it however suits you, and the file comes back the same way.

Building our roster now across the Gulf Coast and Southeast. If you need coverage outside that footprint, say so — we would rather tell you honestly than take the file and scramble.
