Get deployed, get paid, stay licensed.
Most of what makes independent adjusting hard is not the work. It is the chasing — the renewal you nearly missed, the assignment you accepted without knowing the drive, the invoice nobody will answer about. Hamilton is built to take those three off your plate.
Hiring now across the Gulf Coast and Southeast, for both the daily and catastrophe rosters.
We watch your licences so you do not have to
Every state licence you hold, with its expiry and its CE requirement, tracked from the day you join. You hear from us at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days with the renewal link already in hand — before the state does, and before a lapse costs you a deployment.
Offers come by text, with the facts in them
A city, a peril, a distance from you and the SLA. Reply YES and the claim is on your board. No portal to keep open, no phone tag, and no accepting a file before you know how far you are driving.
The fee schedule is written down
You see what a file pays before you accept it. Fee schedules by claim type and carrier, a payment date you can plan around, and no chasing anyone for an invoice you already submitted.
Your scorecard is yours to see
Time to contact, time to inspection, time to report — the same three numbers the carrier sees, visible to you on your own page. You are never guessing where you stand, and you are never judged on a number you were not shown.
Six screens, about eight minutes.
You can stop at any point and pick it up from the link we email you. Nothing you have typed is lost when you close the tab.
- Tell us who you are. Name, contact, the rosters you want — daily, catastrophe or both.
- Your licences. Add the states you hold. We look them up for you where we can.
- Experience and territory. What you have worked, and how far you will travel.
- Documents. Resume, photo ID front and back. Your phone camera works fine.
- Read and sign. The agreements, shown in full before anything is signed.
- Tax details. The official IRS Form W-9, filled in and signed on screen.
What happens after you apply
An operations manager reviews your application and will contact you only if something needs clarifying. If you are approved, you will be sent an onboarding packet to complete — background checks happen at that stage, not as part of this application. Once the packet is complete and your licences are verified, you are deployable and will start receiving offers.
